"Kevin was born on January 9, 1990 to Mark and Dana Tuten. He passed away on July 5, 2023. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and a licensed HVAC technician. Kevin was a wonderful husband, son, brother, and uncle. However, his favorite role in life was being a father. He loved his children beyond words. He had a passion for music and sports. Kevin will be remembered for his great sense of humor and making people laugh.
In addition to his parents, Kevin is survived by his wife, Christine Tuten; children: Ryan, Mason, Blake, Matthias, and Emilia Tuten; siblings: Mark Tuten II, Timothy (Bianca) Tuten, and Kristen (Gregory Bronson) Tuten; and many nieces and nephews that he loved very much." "My sweetest love,
I don’t have the words to express how much I miss you and how much our babies miss you. My favorite memories together are of our adventures, whether that was traveling, seeing sports games, concerts, or just our “let’s get in the car and look at our dream homes” moments. I miss you and our adventures so much!! "~Love Chrissyboo
“I remember my dad was just always trying to make people laugh 😂 no matter what it was he had a joke about it. I loved coming over and just hanging out with him, whether it was playing madden, watching the titans play (most of the time lose then he’d be mad 😂) just whatever it was I loved being there. He just understood me better than most people do. He was a great dad. I’d give anything to relive those memories. I love you dad. ~Love, Ryan. “
"I have so many memories but one of my favorite is when kevin turned 16/17 , we was arguing about something i don't remember what it was about and kevin says " I'm a damn man mom " then went to his room ....I miss him so much i can't even tell you how much this has impacted my life and our family !!!" ~Dana Tuten
"I have so many memories some aren’t acceptable to put on here 😂 but me and Kevin were always laughing I don’t think me and him have fought since we were young kids. I like the memory I have of me Kevin Tuten , Kyle Heggie , Levi Black we were at my house and Kevin and Levi were going to try to steal Kyle’s truck but my Camaro was behind his truck and he ran the truck on top of my car I was mad at that moment but we laughed about it after. It just reminds me of how Kevin was forgetful and funny!" ~Timothy Tuten
"My favorite memory of Kevin is him coming to town and riding in his brand new Nissan Altima. He wanted to go up to our old high school to my nephews football game. He was bumping loud music acting cool because it was his old stomping grounds. He thought he was so dang cool. He freaking was!" ~Bianca Sholes Tuten
"We used to crack up in class always telling jokes and being the funniest guys around...miss him!" ~Levi
"Love you bro , them NBA 2k battles were life. We couldn't wait to both be off to get on some drank and get some games in. Always had a good time when hanging out with the fam. Memorial moments that can't be messed with." ~Gregory
"I just remember him always being there for me no matter what the case was but also remembering how he would always dip his finger into my sandwiches saying "my germs" but just bc he knew it would literally get on my nerves and would give my sandwich up. He knew what he was doing 🤣😂 gotta love him!!!! Never ever a dull moment around my brother!! He was one in a million!!! Love, your twin!!" ~Kristin Tuten
“I remember going to uncle Kevin’s house and he played COD with me. He knew how much I missed my dad playing with me. He was a really good uncle.” -Noah
"There’s too memories to go through but my favorite was when he came to Markie’s boot camp graduation and the look on Mark’s face when he saw his best friend and the hug they gave each other. It will forever be seared into my brain!!" ~Amy
